CURRENTLY TAKING APPLICATIONS FOR
THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS
COOK (full-time): Ability to cook all line and
buffet food items. Knowledge of temperatures and all menu items and
presentation. Ability to send out orders on time and cooked properly.
KW (KITCHEN WORKER (full-time): Ability to operate
dish machine and floor scrubber. Able to twist, stand, reach, bend,
crouch and work around chemicals.
PANTRY (full-time): Ability to follow all functions
related to food preparation for the restaurant, buffet , snack bar
and E.D.R. Ability to read and execute standard recipes and procedures
and experience in recipe conversion. Prepare garnishes, salads and
keep areas stocked. Valid drivers license and able to obtain First
Aid and C.P.R. Certification.
STEWARD UTILITY (FULL-TIME): Ability to deep
clean all equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, drains, coves, etc.
in food & beverage outlets according to cleaning schedule. Able
to twist, stand, kneel, crouch, bend, climb, reach, and walk and work
around chemicals. Excellent customer/employee interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills/bilingual a plus and good organizational
skills. Accountable for all deep cleaning of food & beverage outlets
according to schedule.
GIFT SHOP:
RETAIL CLERK for GIFT SHOP (full-time): Reliable
work habits and good money handling experience. Ability to stand for
long periods of time, lift, stock, bend and clean the retail area.
HOTEL:
GRA - GUEST ROOM ATTENDANT (days full-time):
Basic cleaning abilities. Ability to handle physical and environmental
demands and work in extreme temperatures.
INSIDE MAINTENANCE - Must be over
21:
INSIDE MAINTENANCE PORTER (full-time): 21 Basic
cleaning abilities. Able to handle physical and environmental job
tasks and lift 25 lbs
KENO - Must be over 21:
KENO SUPERVISOR (full-time): 21 Ability to perform
line employee's duties when needed. Supervise, follow-up large wins,
provide proper security and accountability. Establish, recommended,
and administer procedures pertaining to the Keno game. Determine manpower
requirements; establish and approve scheduling. Perform related duties
as assigned. One year minimum experience in Keno or Keno Audit and
supervision preferred not necessary.
SLOT CLUB (Round-Up Club) - Must be
over 21 - Tam Required:
PLAYER'S CLUB SUPERVISOR (swing full time): Supervisory
background and casino experience with emphasis on customer relations
preferred. Ability to execute all facets of leadership accountabilities
and oversee daily functions of the Slot Club as well as providing
excellent Customer Service. Computer knowledge in Word and Excel is
essential.
SLOTS SHOP - Must be 21:
SLOT MECHANIC (swing-full-time): 21 Must have
3 years slot repair experience. Knowledge of basic electrical and
electronic theory. Familiar with Slot Tracking Systems. Ability to
perform preventative maintenance on Williams, IGT, Konami machines
and all related equipment, to minimize down time on the slot floor.
Able to lift and move machines and related equipment as directed with
the ability to lift 50 lbs or greater.
TABLE GAMES - Must be over 21:
DEALER EXTRA BOARD (full-time): 21 Experience
in Table Games preferred; poker, Blackjack, roulette, craps with prior
experience in supervision of table games. Effective communication
skills are essential to the position. Accountable for game supervision,
bankroll protection, hosting of customers.
